"Community Works", the TCC curriculum, uses education and action to teach youth about their chances of victimization and what they can do about it. Youth Safety Corps, the TCC club model, mobilizes students to improve the learning environment of their schools by designing and running projects to prevent youth crime, violence, and drug abuse.
