NCPIE meets each month in the Washington, DC metro area. Members come to share information about their organization's activities, to work together on projects, and to act as an informal advisory group to outside organizations requesting input on their parent-involvement activities and publications. NCPIE meetings often include guest speakers who have completed research in the field of family involvement, developed a successful program or project, or recently published a relevant article, report, or book. We've also instituted the Training and Resource Series, where a featured member presents new information on a particular subject related to parent involvement in education.

Location
NCPIE meetings will be held at NEA, 1201 16th Street, NW, Washington DC 20036. Our meetings are held from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 noon. We try to have them on the last Wednesday of each month although there are some exceptions. Please note: There are no meetings in July and August.
